Parring Knife

This is our parring knife, made out of 52100 carbon steel. Handle is held on by two cutlery rivets and blade bond epoxy. Not dishwasher safe, hand washing under hot water is recommended after each use. Blade will grey over time, and this will not effect the taste of anything you cut with it.
