• Your name and address

• The recipient's name and address (if you want us to ship it directly to them)

• Dollar amount you want on the certificate

• Payment method (we can send you a paypal invoice for fastest service or you can mail us a check or money order)

We will mail out a paper gift certificate to you (to present to the recipient yourself) or we can mail it directly to the recipient. Whichever you prefer.
