2 Piece Chef set

This is a two-piece kitchen set with one chef knife, one parring knife and the high-profile hardwood block. Both knives are made of 52100 carbon steel, both with Rosewood handles. The block is made of old growth Walnut with White Oak and Hickory stand, block was finished with butchers block oil. All items made by me Michael A. Otto Not dishwasher safe, hand washing under hot water is recommended after each use of blades. Blades will grey over time, and this will not effect the taste of anything you cut with it.
