We have always put great effort into our customer service, including responding to emails within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Yahoo Business email has seriously messed up our messages to firstname.lastname@example.org. Today, June 13th, 2019, we just received emails from as far back as February!! We are so sorry for this extended delay in responding to you. We wanted you to know that we did not choose to ignore you. We just never received the messages until tonight. We believe this issue is now resolved and we have responded to all back messages. Yahoo will be receiving a lengthy complaint from us.
